Overview:
Draupnir is a golden ring which on every ninth night splits into nine separate rings. Though in current times it is lost, undoubtedly languishing in the hoard of a dragon or giant, in ancient days it was passed down through the line of kings in the Isle of Jarldoms. Its potential for wealth was not lost upon the magi of that land, and as such it was often entrusted by the kings into the hands of competent sorcerers who could study its magick, and harvest its gold.
