Early:
After the Cadaveric War and death of the necromancer Svoskaloth, the north of the world held an uneasy truce. In the Oppulent Steppes, the warrior-princess Iyatelna arose from the eastmost band of nomadic raiders. She brought together the disparate tribes to construct the fortress of Iyaltenoi. This act heralded the rule of Dolvozya in that region, which would last till days contemporary.
Late:
In the latter part of th Era Antebellum, the king Aearnium of Aulormior laid claim to the entire river valley of the northern lands, declaring the waters sacred and waiting to be recovered by an emissary of the deities. After this, understandably, the whole nations which lied upon the river’s banks were furious. They banded together, and the Riparian War began.
